my dinner break from report
had to do it ... 18+ miles north to meet dave & dave ... ventured into solano beach area to have din at the fish market ... yum! had to eat, socialize with friends, and converse NOT about gas turbines but about our youthfulness. (HA!) ran into shannon. bonus.(o.k. ... y'guessed it. back to writing.)

Unless you aren't going to be in Union City. Kind of like you don't really intend to leave SD at all.

Mac - thou doubt moi!? Well, i won't be in Union City this Thursday. (Have a good drive down, BTW).
Deal is - tenant has not moved out --- so looks like we may be lawyering up. I'll keep you posted if I need to head up to Union City (for lawyer stuff).
Oh - and I will move to Union City ... now whether i totally leave SD, yeah, that's evolving.
