[r|meal* - to dine at places in San Diego County -

places i've not been, as well as places i've not been recently.]

2 birds with 1 stone ... tasty breakfast meal on a sunday morn + annual corporate meeting. (uh, wait ... maybe 3 birds?)

mini-newsflash ... the one other board member gets the boot at breakfast ... at milton's (yum-yum deli in del mar!), but board member d is o.k. with that. (plus, he was fed a tasty breakfast!)

• him - thick sliced french toast
  
• me - lox sandwich
  

during breakfast last sunday ... at the corporate annual mtg ... at ~13:40 (shortly after reading the beaver food labels), the one other board member, mr. d, got the boot. no tears shed. just standard brunch activities - yip/yap, checking the visuals, more tales about life in paradise, and mr. d text-messaging. oh! and not-so-standard annual mtg chit/chat, mtg notes and all.

thanks, d, for ~3 years of board member advising stuff!
