R|ReLo #5: tenant status

if you haven't kept up, here is the quick version - tenant did not vacate when required to do so (02/11), tenant did not vacate when he gave an alternate date (02/18), and tenant is STILL there.

"there" is "here"...

... and "here" is where the tenant
needs not to be,
so we (the royal we)
are working on that.

(meanwhile, i did finish the report today.)
