R|ReLo #15: COUNTDOWN

[03 may 2006, ~ 10AM (PST)]
lawyer man says:
"Hi Shirley, Amanda left you a message yesterday. I am not sure what number she called. But the lockout is scheduled for May 10 [emphasis added]. That was the earliest they could schedule the lockout for."

[27 april 2006, 16:55]
lawyer man says:

"As soon as we get a writ of possession from the court, we will contact the sheriff to schedule a lock-out for the unit. Hopefully this can all be done within 10-14 days. That's the usual turn around time. I know this may be frustrating but it's the way the legal process works." [longer description of process]

[29 apr 2006] taking a small break for daytime fun.

word on the street,
tenant is STILL there, woof!
... says moki.

you've got to ask yourself one question: woof! do you feel lucky? well, do ya, punk? ... woof, woof!

... we now can surmise that tenant still pays his electricity bills - and gasoline for his work vehicles.

..did a drive-by of the UC house, same white van on the driveway. Got out of the car and pissed on the tires...

Master thought it was funny...

Moki looks disturbingly like Dog, the Bounty Hunter (Discovery Channel or something like that). Perhaps they were separated at birth.

...sun was descending from the sky. We went to do a recon on the UC house. I knocked on the door. A late 40's ABM opens the door. I ask if he would like to buy a See's candy bar to support my team. I observed in the front room and the rear room with lots of boxes labeled with the types of items they contained. The man said he would buy some candy, but not today, perhaps next week. I left to meet my dad who was hidden in the park.

...went by Wednesday night, the usual, walking Moki. We saw the white van in the driveway, and the same personal effects on front entry. Does this person have a problem moving? Actually he's playing everyone using the system, the system that protects criminals.

We went by again this morning, same stuff in front of the house.

It's 11:45am Saturday, April 22, and the scumbag is still at the property. Same white truck in the driveway.

Do you have a picture of the tenent? As a criminal you should post his picture, name, and other info to protect the public.

The name must be public because of the lawsuit. Any info in that suit would be fair game.

His fame should be widely shared.

So says Mac.

well, so says mac ... tho' we may have a pic, i will not post. i have purposely not listed tenant identity ... uh ... because ... i'm civil (?), i guess. but i'll provide this ... case no.: FG06-256312 (superior court, calif, county alameda, fremont judicial district).

[0803, 26 apr 06] at ~ 0630, white utility truck in driveway (see picture), van on street (surmise that tenant has enough $s to pay for over-priced gasoline), small package on doorstep, lights on (surmise electric bill continues to be paid).

partying words ... scumbag won't get out. makes you want not to vote to go back and increase to 60-day notice to tenant (vs. recently changed 30-day notice).
