• on tue, 10/24 ... in SD
• maybe tue, 10/24 (eve) ... in LA area, but just not yet certain
  
• by wed, 10/25 (mid-day) ... driving up to santa barbara for din-din and overnight with silver lining and kaanswfm
• by sat, 10/28 (perhaps sooner) ... in BA
• by the end of the month some time ... officially a year older
